Burslem have always been committed to fixing our memorials to the highest standards to ensure our clients with complete peace of mind. To reinforce this commitment, Burslem became the first Memorial Masons in East Sussex to achieve accreditation to the British Register of Accredited Memorial Masons in 2006 and constantly monitor best practice within the industry.

Every memorial fixed by Burslem is erected on a pre-cast concrete foundation, with each individual component fixed using stainless steel dowels & either cement or resin. Where relevant a solid stainless steel ground anchor is then inserted to ensure the stability of the memorial. This will not prevent subsidence or leaning, but will prevent the memorial from falling in the event of accidental or malicious damage.
