Our dedicated restoration team can undertake all manner of stone, brick, terracotta and lime mortar repairs using modern and traditional methods and materials. The emphasis is on standard of workmanship, tidiness and attention to detail and has enabled us to work on many of the South East’s most prestigious buildings. All operatives are employed in house and are managed by our dedicated contracts management department.
We are able to work closely with known sub-contractors with a wealth of experience of the type of buildings we are used to working on and have close working relationships with lead workers, glaziers, lime renderers, electricians, plumbers and quarry operators. Our previous experience enables us to identify the best tradesmen for the given task.
Whether your project is a minor stone window repair, quinquenial church repair program, major refurbishment or new extension we are able to assist from initial inception as a consultant or nominated sub-contractor all through the formal tender process. The scope of buildings varies enormously from churches through to private houses, monuments, municipal buildings and war memorials.
